The Longevity Week is a European event born to support all the people who want to do the ProLon nutrition programme together with other ProLoners.

Break down the barrier of fear of fasting and make the Fasting Mimicking Diet eating plan easier, with the constant support of Nutritionist Experts, while sharing your thoughts, doubts and happy moments with hundreds of people like you!
