Refund policy

L-Nutra is committed to customer satisfaction with its products and services.  L-Nutra provides product refunds for unopened boxes or defective ProLon boxes in the following situations:

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be fully refunded.
  • Customer may return their unopened box(es)/product(s) within 14 working days from receiving the product for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Damaged product or boxes missing product will be replaced at no cost to the customer after product return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Customer Service will process refunds for reasons stated above only after product is returned.  Once received, L-Nutra will process your return within 10-14 business days. Customers should contact L-Nutra customer service at for product return instructions.
