How To Add Us To Your Email Contacts

Ever wonder why you’re missing our emails?

Many e-mail and Internet companies now use programs to block unwanted e-mail, often called spam. Sometimes, however, these programs block e-mail you actually want to get.

Adding us to your email contacts, called Whitelisting, will allow you to receive vital updates on events you’ve registered for, important details on upcoming workshops, exclusive speaker bonuses, learning resources, and the biggest discounts on tickets directly delivered to your Inbox.

Here’s a list of several popular Internet Service Providers (ISP) and email services. Select the ones you use for more detailed instructions on how you can Whitelist us.

Android

Add Us to your contact
In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk Folder. Next, do the following:

  1. Open up the email, tap on the Sender’s Picture
  2. Tap “Ok” on the “Add contact” pop-up box.
  3. Click Add Contact icon, tap Create new contact
  4. Enter the name of new contact.
  5. Confirm the email address belong to ProLon.
  6. Click “Add new contact” to finish

Report Not Spam and move email to Primary tab

  1. If the email was found in Spam, do the following, else skip to next step. Open the email > select ‘more options’ icon in red > Report Not Spam. Proceed to next step.
  2. Go to Promotions tab open the same email, select ‘more options’ icon in red > Move to > Primary. Done.

Iphone

In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk folder. Next, do the following:

  1. Open the Email, Tap the sender’s from name
  2. Choose “Create New Contact”
  3. Tap “Done” to save

Add Us to your contact
In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk folder. Next, do the following:

  1. Hover over the sender’s name
  2. Select “Add to contacts” to finish

Report Not Spam and move email to Primary tab

  1. Open the email, click on ‘x’ sign next to the Spam label
  2. Go to Inbox > Promotions tab
  3. Locate the same email, click and drag the email from Promotions tab to your Primary tab
  4. When asked, “Do this for future messages?” select “Yes” to finish

Other Web-Based Email Services

Windows Live Hotmail

In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk folder. Next, do the following:

  1. Click on the Sender’s email address
  2. Click “Add”
  3. Click Save to finish


Yahoo! Mail

In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk folder. Next, do the following:

  1. Click on the Sender’s email address
  2. Click “. . .”
  3. Choose “Add to contacts”

Desktop Email Clients

Outlook 2003 & later

In the search box, type in ‘customerservice@l-nutra.com’ and hit search. If not found, look inside Spam/Junk folder. Next, do the following:

Add us to Safe Sender List

  1. Right click on the email you received.
  2. Hover the mouse to “Junk E-mail”.
  3. Select “Add Sender to Safe Sender List” to finish

Move email to Inbox

  1. Right Click on the email
  2. Select “Move To Folder…”
  3. Select “Inbox” and click “Ok” to finish

Mac Mail

  1. Click “Mail”
  2. Select “Preferences”
  3. Click “Rules”
  4. Click “Add new Rule”
  5. Add a name for your rule in the “Description” field
  6. Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.” Type our email address (customerservice@l-nutra.com) in the text field beside “Contains.”
  7. Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menu
  8. Click “Ok” to save the rule
