ProLon® is a 5-day Fasting Mimicking Diet™ that nourishes your body while supporting overall health. Have you ever wondered, “What do you eat during the ProLon diet?". Then this article is for you. Let’s find out what the Fasting Mimicking Diet ingredients are.

ProLon box contents

The kit contains five boxes – each labeled for one of the 5 days of the meal program. You will be eating and drinking what you find in that day’s box following the ProLon diet instructions.

Fasting Mimicking Diet ingredients are mostly plant-based, do not contain any additives, preservatives, or chemicals, and include energy bars, soups, a variety of snacks, drinks, and supplements, all studied and carefully designed to nourish your body and promote positive changes.

ProLon does contain honey and gelatin. The daily calorific intake with ProLon is between 750 and 1,100 calories from healthy ingredients that maximize nourishment and provide a pleasant eating experience.

The difference between the two kits concerns the type of soups present. Of course, they are all delicious, but what are the soups that you will find?

In ProLon Original, the soups present are:

Our tips

After finishing your 5 days, you should follow the ProLon diet instructions. What are they? At the end of the 5-day meal program, on DAY 6 and for a period of 12 hours, you should keep your meals light and small portioned. Resume your regular healthy diet gradually, starting with liquid foods, such as soups and fruit juices or fruit smoothies, followed by light meals, including rice, pasta and small portions of meat, fish and/or beans. Your regular healthy diet may be resumed on DAY 7.

Gostaria de poder comprar as almond & honey bars e as kale crackers para poder continuar a prolongar o jejum no dia a dia.

I have completed your diet twice but one thing that puts me off doing it again is that I really dislike the hibiscus tea.
It is undrinkable for me. If there was another choice I might do another fasting mimicking diet.
